I just got invited to play D&D with the guys I went out with last night. I think that's branching out of my normal geekiness into something completely different. Something I'm not sure I'm really game for.
So, I was bored and a friend decided to invite me to a party. It was so much fun getting out and just hanging out with awesome people. I really enjoyed it, even if I couldn't drink (I was the dd). I've got to do this more often.
I watch Netflix. A lot. Because I can. And one of the Local Favorites for where I live is Mortal Kombat: The Movie. Anyone remember that one? I freaking loved it. I really did. It was back when I was still a kid and still playing video games pretty religiously. Mortal Kombat has always been a favorite of mine. I love the fighters, I love being able to beat someone relentlessly.
So now.. Now I think I'm off to go relive some of my youth and watch the film. :]
This has to be a joke right? Do you honestly expect to get a lifetime membership out of this? You're a Sire, what's to keep you from say "fuck you, suckers!" when you get this lifetime PM? Honestly, do like the majority of us have done and buy you own lifetime membership. Begging for it in Kismets, and selling yourself in the Classifieds for one is just getting to be pathetic.
And I have to add, no amount of Favor can ever be worth $150. Favor is make believe "currency" on a website. Money is money and that shit can be spent on far better things than people like you.
Yeah.... it was much better than I thought it was going to be.

I'm watching the original Tron movie. The effects still make me laugh, considering that I'm used to flawless CGI and whatnot. But, I love the movie. I haven't actually seen it for quite a number of years. It brings on a sense of nostalgia.
Fatigue is kicking my ass today. I just want nothing more than to crawl back into bed and sleep for days. Normally I would blame it on the weather, rainy days always take something out of me, but I've been feeling like this for a while. I really feel like there's something wrong with me, but I am not willing to go to get myself checked out in the case that there might actually will be.
:( I hope everything turns out alright. Go get some rest, and feel better soon, okay? *Hugs*

I'm totally confused. I think someone has something against me and I have no real idea why. I mean, I always thought me and this person were alright. Guess I just can't tell anymore.
I don't know if you're a fan of tea, but lavender, rosemary, and chamomile tea are all awesome for taking away cramps and relieving tension. Just a thought. *hugs* Feel better, hun.

Waa, waa, waa. Does someone need to call the waabulance for you? Honestly. If you don't like your situation in life, get off your fucking ass and change it. Don't sit at the computer, bitching to any poor unsuspecting sap who offers to give you a shoulder to cry on. Do something with yourself. It's not going to be easy, but, that's life. It's hard out there in the real world, we just have to accept it, grit our teeth and get on with things. Pining, crying and reaching out to people who aren't really there is not going to help you change things. I'm done joining your pity parties, you're pathetic and expect things to be handed to you. Sorry, kiddo, but the world doesn't work that way. You've gotta work for what you want in life like the rest of us.
For the first time I agree with you ... I am not sure who you are talking about but I see alota people on VR whinning about how bad their life is ... but I don't see them doing anything about it.
If they wanted it to change they would have done something about it. Crying a river is not going to drown their problems ...

I just gotta say it, nothing beats In-N-Out for dinner. And, a yummy piece of Mexican bread just tops it all off. I am one happily stuffed camper. :]
Neil Gaiman needs to write more Doctor Who episodes.
Yup. The Doctor's Wife has to be one of the best episodes I've ever watched. Giving the TARDIS an actual body and allowing it (her?) and the Doctor to interact was wonderful. "Call me Sexy." I love it. :]
I hate spring cleaning. Or would it be more like early summer cleaning? Either way, I dislike it. A lot. I've got to do all of the downstairs by myself, and there's so much to do. Just got done with the sweeping and the mopping. We don't have much furniture, but the crap we do have is such a bitch to move. Next I have to tackle the kitchen and the bathroom. Should be a real blast. And I'm accomplishing this on no sleep. Yay. Once I get done I'm taking a well earned nap.
And what's worse, Aphrodite seems to want to do nothing but hinder my efforts to clean house. She keeps walking in the areas I just got done mopping, leaving her little paw prints all across the floor. I keep getting her to go upstairs, but she keeps sneaking down. Little monster.
Jeeze. I'd be more than happy to give you a hand, were I there, but alas...
Don't let Dite push you around hmm? ;)

We have a cat, well, we have three, but this is about just one of 'em. We have a cat, and his name is, fittingly, Mongo. And, well, Mongo isn't the brightest bulb in the bunch. He's quite a character, and killer on the vet bills, but not very bright. And this.. this is why I say that.
I kid you not, right after I took the picture he rolled over. Right off the couch. Yeah. And now he's sitting there acting like he meant to do it.
Ugh.. I hate when I'm hungry and there's nothing quick to fix for a snack. There's not even lettuce for a salad. But, there are sweets, lots of sweets. Doesn't help me much, but I can see where the priorities lie with my family as far as food is concerned. We don't need fruit or veggies, no, we can live off sweets..
Always keep bananas around, they're a natural appetite suppressant and good for you. ;)

Oh, I do so love Netflix. They finally got around to adding season five of Doctor Who. Yay! This means tomorrow will be spent catching up on Matt Smith once again. No more shoddy internet sites anymore. Yay! :]
Oh, David Tennant, you were a Doctor after me own 'eart. ;]
Lol.
A friend of mine said on Facebook that I was going to OD on Doctor Who. He speaks blasphemy. You just can't have too much Doctor Who, it isn't possible. For, there's never enough.
I probably made a lot of enemies tonight, but, meh, it's part of VR. Think and say what you will, hate me if you must, but I'll do things the way I wish to do them.
It's a shame that this came about, you're a good person and I'm sorry I'm most likely going to lose you as a friend. But, I'll bring in who I wish to bring in to my Coven. It was more or less, something for a friend, and it isn't happening anyway, so I don't know why everyone got so bent out of shape about things. I don't see things the way you all do, I guess. Nothing wrong with that, just a differing of opinions. I don't regret trying to get said members, but I do regret that my actions led to this falling out.
you havent lost me as a friend Nicole..i still like you as far as that goes...it just really upset me that you would bring said person into your coven knowing my history with said person. he said something that was unforgiveable about an innocent child. yes you do see things differently than the rest of us and your right there is nothing wrong with that. and as far as i'm concerned there is no falling out...just a differing of opinions...im sorry it led to this as well

I've been on a Doctor Who binge. I've been watching all the old episodes, starting with the very first one. I love the transition from Doctor to Doctor. While I enjoy all of the previous ones, my favorite is, without a doubt, David Tennant. Though, I must admit, Matthew Smith is really starting to grow on me as he progresses.
I think when I'm done re-watching all the episodes I'm going to check out the spin-offs, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures. I've seen a few episodes of Torchwood, but none of The Sarah Jane Adventures, so that should be fun.
Tom baker was the best Doctor, I grew up watching the longest lived Doctor for I think it was 7 years.
Sarah Jane Adventures are low budget and still good.

The computer is acting up. I had to shut it down four times in the last hour because it would just freeze up. It's really bugging me, gonna have to check the anti-virus.
I'm a Star Wars nerd, I admit it. Though, I'm more nerdy for the first three films which were technically the last three films. Whatever, you should know what I'm talking about. Anyway, Happy Star Wars Day!
